YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF...
You demand clarity, mastery, and impact.
Clarity on what is truly costing you. Mastery of your physiological and mental levers. Measurable impact in decision-making and in life.
A method built on what truly drives human behavior under pressure: — physiology, decision-making, and language. Not surface-level motivation.

WHY THIS APPROACH WORKS
I didn’t study stress.
I lived it.
25 years on trading floors. 250 km across the desert in semi-self-sufficiency. 160 km through the jungles of Réunion in 45 hours. Three continents experienced from the inside.

Then I went back to school: stress physiology, therapeutic frameworks, ASCA Therapist and Certified Life Coach credentials. To turn that lived experience into structured clinical practice.

CREDENTIALS
"I deliberately chose high-pressure environments to understand what stress does to a human being. How it accelerates, paralyzes, reveals. How it can be used rather than endured.”

The setting is a tool, not a backdrop.
We choose whichever gets you unstuck: the office most of the time, movement when it opens what a chair keeps shut.
