Stress has always fascinated me. It is an adaptive process that enables transformation.

The trading floor
Irreversible decisions made in fractions of a second, relentless pressure, progressive exhaustion. A living laboratory for understanding chronic stress from the inside. Managing people also taught me that we are all unique — and that what works for one person does not work for all.
From the very beginning, stress was a territory to explore — and I was far from being the best at handling it. Why is this happening in my body? Why do I want to avoid going in that direction? That preoccupation became a fascination — one that was not born in a practice or a classroom. It was born in the field, through the most demanding situations I could find.
I deliberately chose high-pressure environments — the trading floor, extreme sports, desert crossings — precisely to understand what stress does to a human being. How it accelerates, paralyses, reveals. How it can be used rather than endured. Thirty years later, that passion has become clinical expertise. I went back to school to learn. Theoretical foundations matter to me in my practice. In a world that talks a great deal and dispenses advice freely, the ability to structure one's thinking carries great value.
An ASCA-accredited therapist specialising in stress management and a certified life coach, I have guided dozens of people through that same terrain — their own.

From the field to the clinic
Raw experience is one thing — but to practise this profession, it seemed essential to me, with humility, to complete several recognised, rigorous training programmes. I have since completed three demanding certifications in therapy, physiology, and coaching, which I now bring to my clients in Nyon, Geneva, and online.

My relationship with stress began long before coaching. I actively sought out the environments where it manifests most clearly — not to prove something to myself, but because I wanted to understand it. The trading floor first: a world where every decision carries an immediate cost, where pressure is relentless and exhaustion sets in without warning.
Alongside that, extreme sports. Desert crossings — to observe, in real conditions, what the urge to quit does to the body and the mind. To learn to face it without obeying it. These experiences gave me an embodied knowledge of stress that no book could ever have provided.
I lived and worked across three continents — Africa, Europe, the United States — and each cultural context offered me a different lens on resilience, and on our relationship with the body, work, and meaning. This unconventional path is today the backbone of my method. Grounded in solid training in therapy and coaching, it is entirely at the service of your transformation.
